What carriers ask us first
Do I need my own operating authority?
Yes. You run under your own MC and USDOT numbers and your own insurance. We book freight as your agent, on your behalf — we never take your authority and we never put your truck under ours.
Are you a freight broker?
No, and we are not a motor carrier either. We are a dispatch service. We do not own trucks, we do not haul freight, and we hold no FMCSA operating authority of our own — which is why you will not find an MC number for us. We work for you, under yours.
What does it cost?
A percentage of the gross revenue on the loads we book for you. You choose the percentage during onboarding, it goes into the agreement you sign, and it does not change unless you sign a new one. There is no sign-up fee and no monthly charge.
Can I turn a load down?
Always. You see the lane, the rate and the details before anything is confirmed, and nothing goes on your truck without you agreeing to it first.
What do I need to get started?
Three documents: your operating authority, a current certificate of insurance, and a signed W-9. Onboarding is online and takes about ten minutes end to end.
Who answers when I call at 2am?
A dispatcher. Not a queue and not a voicemail box. Detention, a broken appointment or a reroute at three in the morning is exactly when this matters, so the line is covered around the clock, weekends included.
