What will you text me about?
Dispatch only: load offers, pickup and delivery details, appointment changes and anything time-critical on a load you are already running. Operational messages about your freight, sent by Prime Refine Group. We do not send marketing texts and we never sell or share your number.
How do I opt in?
By ticking the SMS box on a form on this site, or by telling a dispatcher you want load offers by text. Consent is never assumed from you simply giving us a phone number, and consent is not required to use our services — you can work with us entirely by phone and email.
How do I stop?
Reply STOP to any message and we stop immediately. Reply HELP for help, or call 609-609-3148. Message frequency varies with how much freight you are running, and message and data rates may apply.
